PRICE TEAMS 1
Place reservation option 1
(registration + accommodation)
Player registration price basic pack:
- Hotel Panorama 4* in Escaldes, 191€ (Full)
- Hotel Màgic Massana 4* in La Massana, 201€
- Hotel Sercotel Delfos 4* in Escaldes, 231€ (Full)
*Once the pre-registration is done, it will be confirmed if there is availability in the chosen hotel.
Head coach and assistant will only pay 125€ each, as long as they share a room. If there is only one coach you will have to pay the single room supplement. The price will be 175€ for a 3rd person on the coaching staff.
Teams registered before 31-12-24, will enjoy the following advantages:
- A free place for the head coach as long as he has a minimum of 10 players per team. (If there is only one coach you will have to pay the single room supplement).
To obtain these advantages, a reservation payment of 125€ per team must be made before 31-12-24. This payment will be returned or exchanged for the payment of the 2nd coach, if any.
Option 1 package price includes:
- Board full board, dinner ticket 2/05 departure lunch 4/05.
- Buffet meals, water included in lunch and dinner, other drinks, direct payment at the hotel.
- Participation matches, Trophy teams and gifts participants and Internal transport between hotels and sport facilities.
- TIM Xperience pack for all players and coaches and a TIM Xperience tactical board for the head coach.
- Physiotherapy service and accident health insurance (does not cover illnesses).
- Water will be provided for players..
Optional supplements:
- Single room supplement of 40€ per night.
- Optional extra night, supplement 60€
- Lunch entry option Friday 2/05, supplement 20€ per person
Please note: the minimum number of players to register is 8, if they are fewer you will not be able to register.

(registration without accommodation)
Basic package price, 750€ per team.
Teams registered before 31-12-24, will enjoy the following advantages:
- Includes internal transport between tournament stops and sports Hall. *The organization, about 20 days before the tournament, will confirm bus stops and sports Hall. The teams will have to travel by their own means from their hotel to the nearest stop.
To obtain these advantages, a reservation payment of 125€ per team must be made before 31-12-24. This payment will be deducted from the total to be paid.
Teams that register after 31-12-24 will not be able to enjoy the benefits listed above.
Option 2 package price includes:
- Registration of 10 players and 1 coach.
- Participation in the matches, between 3 or 4 matches depending on the teams registered in the corresponding category (The matches will start on Friday 2-05 at 15:00 pm).
- Trophies to the first 3 classified teams and gifts for all participating teams.
- TIM Xperience pack for all players and coaches and a TIM Xperience tactical board for the head coach.
- Physiotherapy service and accident health insurance (does not cover illnesses).
- Water will be provided for players..
Optional supplements:
Each player or member of the extra technical sfaff to which the registration includes will have to pay 75€.
The price of option 2 package does not include:
It does not include accommodation or meals, each team will have to manage their own hotel reservation, the organization will not be obliged to look for accommodation.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment terms for teams
Reservation option 1 and 2, 125€ per team for reservation before 31-12-24.
Before 31/12/24, 50% of the total to be paid, and before 31/03/25 the rest.
Payment terms Hotels and Aparthotels for 1 and 2 nights (Estiber)
The payment terms and the cancellation conditions of the Hotels and Aparthotels for 1 and 2 nights, may be known when making the reservation of the chosen hotel.
CANCELLATION OF THE TOURNAMENT DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If the tournament has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organisers or due to situations that cannot be attributed to negligence on the part of the organisers, the organisation cannot be accused of damages, costs or losses caused such as transport costs, accommodation, economic losses.
In this case, to the registered players, the tournament organisation will refund the total amount of the reservation made, less the amount of 30,00€, which will remain on deposit for a future tournament.
Cancellations of teams reservations
- Until 72 h. subsequent from the creation of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- From 72 h. If the reservation is cancelled, there will be no refunds.
Cancellations of individual reservations
- Until 72 h. subsequent from the creation of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- From 72 h. and up to 45 days before the start of the tournament: 100% paid will be returned, less 3€ of management costs.
- From 44 days before and up to 10 days before the start of the tournament: 50% of the total paid will be returned.
- From 9 days before the start of the tournament, no refunds will be made.
Cancellations of group reservations
- Until 72 h. subsequent from the creation of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- From 72 h. and up to 45 days before the start of the tournament: 100% paid will be returned, less 30€ of management costs for canceled equipment.
- 44 days before the tournament, no refunds will be made, neither for complete teams, nor for individual places that leave the team with less than 8 players.
