PRICE TEAMS 1
Place reservation option 1
(3 days/2 nights)
Basic package price, 260€ per player, head coach and assistant will only pay 200€ each, as long as they share a room. The price will be 260€ for a 3rd person or more on the coaching staff, .
Teams registered before 31-07-22, will benefit from the following advantages:
- A free place for the head coach as long as he has a minimum of 10 players per team.
To obtain these advantages, a reservation payment of 200€ per team must be made before 31-07-22. This payment will be returned or exchanged for the payment of the 2nd coach, if any, once 100% of the total to be paid by the team is made before 15-11-2022.
Teams that register after 31-07-22 will not be able to enjoy the benefits listed above.
Option 1 package price includes:
- Teams accommodation in hotel Caribe 4* PortAventura Resort, 2 Board full board, dinner ticket 4/12 departure lunch 6/12.
- 3 PortAventura tickets + one day of access to Ferrari Land (tickets for December 4, 5 and 6).
- The scheduled opening and closing times of the park will be from 10:30 to 19:00, except for modifications due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Buffet meals, water included in lunch and dinner, other drinks, direct payment at the hotel. (Breakfast day 5 and 6, and dinner day 4 and 5 at the hotel, and lunch day 5 and 6 in the park restaurants)
- Participation in the matches to be played at the facillities of PortAventura Convention Centre. Depending on the number of teams registered in each category, two program options:
- Program 1, arrival, day off, hotel entrance and access to PortAventura. 2nd day 1 game morning or afternoon, rest of the day access to PortAventura. 3rd day 1 game tomorrow and the rest of the day access to PortAventura.
- Program 2, day of arrival 1 game morning or afternoon, rest of the day access to PortAventura. 2nd day 1 game morning or afternoon and the rest of the day access to PortAventura. 3rd day off, departure from the hotel and access to PortAventura.
- TIM Xperience pack for all players and coaches and gifts participants.
- Physio in each sports facilities and accident health insurance (does not cover illnesses).
- Water will be provided for players.
Optional supplements:
- Single room supplement of 65€ per night.
- Optional extra night, supplement 100€
- Extra lunch or dinner, supplement 20€

(2 days/1 night)
Teams that choose this type of reservation will have two possible entrance options to the hotel, 4/12 or 5/12. The organization will notify you on the day of entry once it has the final number of teams registered in each category, in order to organize the best possible schedule for all participants.
Basic package price, 170€ per player, head coach and assistant will only pay 100€ each, as long as they share a room. The price will be 170€ for the 3rd person on the coaching staff, .

BUS travel offer from Barcelona and return
25€ per person round trip, every 10 players 1 free coach.
Departures from Barcelona december 4 or 5 at 7:00, return when tournament ends.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment terms for teams
Reservation option 1, 200€ per team for reservation before 31-07-22.
Before 15/09/22, 50% of the total to be paid, and before 15/11/22 the rest.

CANCELLATION OF THE TOURNAMENT DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If the tournament has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of
the organisers or due to situations that cannot be attributed to negligence on the part of the
organisers, the organisation cannot be accused of damages, costs or losses caused such as
transport costs, accommodation, economic losses.
In this case, to the registered players, the tournament organisation will refund the total
amount of the reservation made, less the amount of 20,00€, which will remain on deposit for a
future tournament.
Cancellations of teams reservations
- Until 72 h. subsequent from the creation of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- From 72 h. If the reservation is cancelled, there will be no refunds.
Cancellations of individual reservations
- Until 72 h. subsequent from the creation of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- From 72 h. and up to 45 days before the start of the tournament: 100% paid will be returned, less 3€ of management costs.
- From 44 days before and up to 10 days before the start of the tournament: 50% of the total paid will be returned.
- From 9 days before the start of the tournament, no refunds will be made.
Cancellations of group reservations
- Until 72 h. subsequent from the creation of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
- From 72 h. and up to 45 days before the start of the tournament: 100% paid will be returned, less 30€ of management costs.
- 44 days before the tournament, no refunds will be made, neither for complete teams, nor for individual places that leave the team with less than 8 players.
